Characteristics Of Numerical Control System In Pipe Bending Machine

The pipe bending machine mainly adopts the structure of WE67YK series plate bending machine, which consists of full closed loop NC system of SDS 3PB pipe bending machine, two grating rulers and a photoelectric encoder for real-time detection and feedback, and the stepping motor drives the wire rod to make full closed loop control. Two raster rulers, a real-time detection feedback correction of the position of the rear gear and a slider, and the photoelectric encoder feedback the position of the dead block of the oil cylinder to the numerical control system.

1, direct angle programming, with angle compensation function.

2. Grating length real-time detection feedback correction, full closed loop control, rear block and slide block dead location accuracy is + 0.02mm.

3. The upper die adopts the quick clamping device and the lower die adopts the wedge deformation compensation mechanism.

4, with multi-step programming function, it can run more automatically and complete the one-time processing of multi-step parts and improve production efficiency.

5. The pipe bender can be selected according to the needs of users. The imported hydraulic system and rear block can be driven by ball screw and synchronous belt.
